The typical recipes of Italian and Tuscan cuisine for a quick lunch or relaxed dinner. The Ristorante Centrale offers a rich menu with numerous dishes prepared with local ingredients that are always fresh and carefully selected. The restaurant also provides a wide range of pizzas made with organic or nationally produced flour, and the pizza dough is left to rise for 24 to 48 hours in true Neapolitan tradition.
The wine list consists of over 80 labels and a vast assortment of DOC wines, with a selection from the Antinori cellars, plus elegant bubbles from the top vineyards in the north of Italy (Franciacorta, Valdobbiadene, Trento DOC, and French Champagne), still Italian whites and local reds from the Maremma and Chianti Classico.
The Bar Mare is located alongside the restaurant of the same name and the Bar Centrale, next to the Ristorante Centrale. Both serve breakfast and a quick lunch (large salad, toasted sandwiches, rolls and exquisite sandwiches, also to take away), aperitifs and long drinks before and after dinner.
The bars are open from 8.00 until 23.00*.
