There will be new methods for accessing the Resort, mostly computerized systems, to safeguard the health and wellbeing of guests and our team. We endorse a cashless Resort and will only accept electronic payments by credit or debit cards.
Time tables and procedures for our services will be revised while some will be suspended due to restrictions making the continuation of such impossible. To bridge the lack of services our guests are accustomed to, we have decided to moderate prices of lodging even though running costs will be higher than previous seasons and not excluding that some services might be reinstalled as the pandemic severity index continues to improve.
We are working on a frequently asked questions list to be published on our website and social media pages with questions we have received through our call center or other available channels.
