In an effort to offer fun and entertainment to our guests despite previously communicated restrictions, we are happy to announce that several entertainment services have been restored as of July 1st, 2020 for families and children to enjoy during their stay.
Thanks to newly launched collaboration with Anima Vera Fun Crew, from July 1st to September 6th, young entertainers and stage artists, as well as yoga and relaxation experts, will offer to fill your vacation days at PuntAla Camp & Resort.
Adapting new methods in compliance with strict safety protocols for hygiene and interpersonal distancing, you can enjoy live performances on the central stage in the evening or at the Kids Club, accompanying your school-age and pre-school age children or entrusting them to the care of our team for up to 4 hours a day.
Although we regret the late announcement, we are finally ready to entertain. Here’s the summary of events:
The Anima Vera Fun Crew team will manage bookings of tables and chairs through a smartphone app for nuclear family groups and their friends who wish to attend the evening shows. Access to the Kids Club will also be managed by the crew through an app. Access and seating is limited to ensure the proper distance between participants during activities and performances. In some instances, there will be two identical evening shows to accommodate as many guests as possible.
The performances range from live entertainment, music, variety circus art shows and game activities that showcase “true talents” performing in the company of their team.
Starting around 21:00, after the not-to-be-missed baby-dance (renamed ACCHIAPPA-Dance for the occasion), lively Rockabilly and American Rock bands will take the stage, in addition to more laid-back artists performing in acoustic duos with guitar and vocals. Music shows are in compliance with the permitted schedule of our activities and will always finish before 23:00.
Performances of eclectic artists such as tight-rope walkers, jugglers, illusionists and magicians will also begin after the dance for the little ones that takes place in the early evening. The first show starts around 21:30 and after a short break a replicated show will continue until closing hour.
We know that the choice to allocate space to the Kids Lab in the area previously dedicated to the bazaar (which still offers dozens of items distributed between the Shop and the Supermarket) was met with complaints by some, however an adequate and larger space was necessary to guarantee the continuity of the service, and proper social distancing to protect the health of our littlest guests.
Small tables are distributed both inside and outside the room to accommodate a maximum of 14 unaccompanied children at a time. The Anima Vera Fun Crew team will entertain them in sessions at this location from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 every day except Sundays. The activities offered range from tending to the vegetable garden and treasure hunting in the woods to a sensory path in nature or the creation of colored Tangrams, among other ideas to stimulate creativity.
Following last summer’s success and the introduction of live sessions on our webpage during the lockdown, morning lessons of yoga by the sea return with Sabrina Bonaiuti, accompanied occasionally by the relaxing sound of Davide Friello’s handpan music.
For many of us, shopping is entertainment- even better when it’s fair-trade! Every Thursday evening in the central area we welcome talented artisans and producers of objects, jewelry and gifts, where part of the proceeds of your purchase will be donated to charity. Grab your wallets... oops! … rather, your electronic money.
