PuntAla is socially active

In June, children go for their first swims in the sea. For some of them it is not an experience like many others. Making it possible, is the PuntAla Diabetes Summer Camp 2019, which for the sixth consecutive year will be hosted in our holiday complex. Organising this event is the diabetology department of the Meyer Children’s Hospital with its staff of doctors and healthcare operators looking after almost 40 young guests on 2-3-4 June 2019.

 

Our contribution to the initiative includes completely exclusive terms and conditions for the stay and an entertainment programme tailored just for them.

For some time now, we have been internally committed to "health at work", and a few months ago we received the invitation from LHS Foundation to support the awareness campaign on the same issue at a national level.

We have thus decided, by mutual agreement with the Italian Formula 18 Class, to name the now classic sports catamaran regatta after this initiative thus becoming the ambassadors of the movement that promotes health and safety at work.

Hulls, assistance dinghies, buoys and committee boats will exhibit the heart of ILS on 15 and 16 June 2019 in the transparent waters of the Gulf of Follonica.
