We want to offer everyone who wishes to spend a vacation at Puntala Camp & Resort a clear, peaceful experience without any unexpected surprises. Below is a summary of the booking, payment, cancellation, and stay procedures applicable to stays at PuntAla Camp & Resort **** for the 2026 season.

 

Booking

All stays can only be booked online via our official website www.campingpuntala.it

The booking constitutes a binding contract between the guest and Campeggio Puntala Srl. For full details of the accommodation contract, internal regulations, and privacy policy, please refer to the regulations section of the website.

The maximum length of stay is 28 nights, unless authorized by management.

The possibility of accommodating pets is subject to limited availability and a supplement will be applied.

When booking through our app, we suggest you register so that you can manage your booking, your details, and those of your travel companions in complete peace of mind and autonomy in the future.

 

Payment

At the time of booking, 100% of the amount of the stay is required, including any additional services selected and the tourist tax.

Payments are made via secure electronic systems (credit card or bank transfer). In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will ask you to provide us with a credit card for any future purchases of services or products.

Once payment has been completed, an electronic invoice will be issued in accordance with Italian tax regulations. It is therefore essential to provide all the necessary details (email address, first name, last name, address, postal code, city, province, country, and tax code) of the person making the reservation.

 

Booking confirmation and online check-in

Once the booking procedure has been successfully completed, you will receive confirmation by email and, 48 hours before your stay, you will be sent an email to check in online. We strongly recommend that you check in online to speed up your access to the property and avoid having to carry out the procedure at reception on the devices that will be made available to you.

 

Check-in times are:

from 6:00 p.m. for resort accommodations

from 12:00 p.m. for camping pitches

In case of no-show after 5:00 p.m. on the day following the scheduled date, the reservation will automatically be canceled and the amount of the stay will be retained.

 

Check-out times are:

by 9:00 a.m. for accommodation

by 12:00 p.m. for pitches

 

Cancellations and changes

Conditions vary depending on the rate chosen:

In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

STANDARD rate

Non-refundable

Modifiable until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival

There is a fixed penalty of €200.00 for changing the dates, which can only be done once.

Any price differences will be recalculated according to the current price list.

 

FLEX rate

Modifiable until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival

Refundable until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival

In both cases, a fixed penalty of €200.00 applies

After these terms, no refunds or changes are possible.

 

Digital management of your stay

All useful information (online check-in, documents, payments, services, contacts) is available on our website, the Guest Portal, and the official app (app.campingpuntala.it).

We recommend using your personal email address and phone number when registering/logging in, as these are essential for accessing digital services.

 

Stay

From this season 2026, the rechargeable Monetica card is no longer available. We suggest you bring your personal credit or debit card or purchase a rechargeable credit card to make purchases at the shops within PuntAla Camp & Resort. Cash cannot be used.
